In Lviv, supporter of "Svoboda" threatened ZIK photo journalist

16.05.2014, 15:06

On May 12, during the rally near Lviv Oblast State Administration an unidentified man bearing the logo of the electoral association «Svoboda» threatened the ZIK photo correspondent Roman Baluk that he would destroy the journalist’s equipment, unless he stopped taking photos. He was also insulting and attacking the journalist. The rally was organized against the governor of Lviv oblast Iryna Sekh, but at the rally there were also her supporters, including those who were sent there by ‘Svoboda’ and who were shouting insults at Sekh’s opponents.

Roman was at the rally site under the editorial assignment.
