On May 19, at 2 p.m., in Shevchenkivskyi district court of Lviv, another session of the litigation initiated under the claim of professor of law of Lviv National University Liudmyla Luts against the information agency “Gal-Info”, the oblast branch of the National Association of Journalists of Ukraine, and journalist Viktor Kornienko, on protection of honor and dignity, business reputation, and repairing moral damages in amount of UAH 90 thousand. The journalist published an article stating that the professor threatened him for investigating her activities; the professor denies this and demands compensation for her damaged reputation.
