In Lutsk, security guards did not want to admit journalist to session of local oblast council

On December 8 in Lutsk, the journalist of online media outlet VolynPost Anna Blinnikova was not admitted to a session of Volyn oblast council. The journalist answered ironically "but of course" to the guards’ question if she had any weapon on her. The reason the guards did not let her in was that "she was late". The guards could not name any official instruction ruling not to admit those who are late, yet yjr online media outlet "Volyn Investigation Agency" claims that the high-profile security was in place to protect Ihor Palytsia, the newly elected head of the oblast council.
