In Lutsk, organizer of "Skryabin" concert drove away journalist from hall, and prohibited her from taking photos

On August 26 in Lutsk, a person who organized the concert of the music band “Skryabin”, was obstructing the work of the local media outlet “Chroniky Liubarta”’s journalist, Iryna Kachan, who wanted to make a story on the event. As she came there in ten minutes before the start, some man approached her and told her she was not allowed to take pictures. The man was rude and persistent, so the journalist decided to leave the event not to deal with him. Later she discovered that the man's name was Petro Onysko, who, according to Iryna, caused troubles for journalists before.
