In Lutsk, offender chased by police ran over cameraman of "Hromadske. Volyn"

On June 8 in Lutsk, the cameraman of the filming crew of “Hromadske.Volyn” Yuriy Seliuk was run over by an offender chased by police. The incident took place during filming of the footage for the program “Night Watch”, “Hromadske. Volyn” reports. According to the inspector of the Lutsk Patrol Police monitoring group Andriy Yatsuk, the offender was recently released from prison, and the car he was driving was stolen.

When police found the stolen car, no one was seen there, but as the group of police officers and the filming crew approached, a man emerged at the driver's seat and drove the car right at the cameraman with the camera. The cameraman received a passing blow to his knees with the car's bumper, but managed to dodge and to avoid most of the damage.
