In Lutsk, man who thought he was being photographed attacked photo reporter

In Lutsk, a man who thought he was being photographed, attacked local photo reporter Volodymyr Lukyanchuk (in reality, the reporter was taking a photo of the monument to Taras Shevchenko). The incident took place in the evening of July 10 near the main building of the Eastern European University. This was reported by IMI representative in Volynska oblast.

Lutsk police representative Olha Shmihel commented for IMI that the man who attacked the journalist was inebriated.
