In Lutsk, judge accused journalists of illegal entry to her home

Judge of Lutsk city district court Valentyna Pushkarchuk reported to the media outlet “Volyn.24” about illegal entry to her apartment by the journalists of the TV and Radio company “Avers”.  Yet, the channel's journalists deny this.

Judge Valentyna Pushkarchuk considers the TV stories about her home and family a "payback" for her judgment to  restore Yulia Vusenko at the position of the secretary of Lutsk city council.

As IMI representative pointed out, the versions of the judge and of the journalist are in contradiction. This means one of them lies. In Ukraine, illegal entry can entail quite serious responsibility - a large fine or public works for the term of up to two years.
