In Lutsk, journalist was not allowed to be present at ballot counting at rector elections

On June 17 in Lutsk, a journalist of the information agency “Chetverta vlada” ("Fourth power") Yuriy Horbach was not allowed to be present at the ballot counting at the elections of the rector of Lutsk National Technical University, ВАР informs.

The election committee explained this decision by the University provisions on rector elections. The journalist's arguments that it was against the law of Ukraine were not taken into account. The journalist then called police and filed a complaint.
