In Lutsk, court banned journalist's audio recording of court session

On April 8, Volynskyi District Administrative Court banned the journalist of Hromadske Radio of Volyn Arina Krapka (Iryna Musiy) from audio recording and photographing in the court room, Hromadske Radio reports. The court session was about restoration of the former head of Manevytskyi rayon police department to his former position – the police officer was fired for failing the re-certification procedure before. According to the law in effect, it is allowed to journalists to use portable recording devices.
