In Luhansk, broadcasting of all Ukrainian TV channels has been seized. This was reported by Ukrinform.

The separatists use the frequency of the state FM radio ‘Puls’ to call local residents to join their ranks and broadcast propaganda songs. They also still control the oblast state TV and radio company.
