In Luhansk, several Ukrainian TV channels went off air

Last week, the oblast association «Luhansk Cable Television» took off air the Ukrainian TV channels Inter, ICTV, and STB. Now, instead of them, the operator broadcasts Russian TV channels.

Also, in Luhansk the network «Triolan» switched off the informational TV channels: Channel 5, Channel 24, and Channel 112, as well as several Ukrainian TV channels, which produce news: Inter, ICTV, and «1+1». They, too, were replaced with the Russian TV channels.

In the last two months, in many cities of Luhansk oblast (Krasny Luch, Severodonetsk, and Alchevsk) cable TV operators switched off Ukrainian TV channels under the pressure and on the orders of the self-proclaimed «Luhansk People's Republic” and the so-called Army South-East
