In Luhansk region, terrorists abducted and beat journalists of "Serditaia Gazeta"
On June 8, in Rubizhne, Luhansk region, armed men abducted the editor of the newspaper «Serditaia Gazeta» Vasyl Serdiukov and his son, photographer Yevhen. According to the newspaper’s editor-in-chief Serhiy Sorokin, Yevhen was severely beaten – he sustained a brain concussion, he is constantly throwing up, and his body is all ‘blue and black’ after the beating. He is in hospital. His father also was beaten but refused to go to hospital.
At the editorial office, the terrorists took away the computer, a hunting rifle, and non-lethal weapons, as well as two cars, one of which they later returned.
The police refused to respond but later accepted the complaint and started an investigation.
