In Luhansk, Volodymyr Startsev, the journalist of the newspaper «Nedelia Plus», disappeared. He was last seen in the evening of May 14, he was coming home from a friend. Since then he has not been seen anywhere and has not contacted his family or friends. He was not found at hospitals, either. His mother reported him to police as missing.
