17.04.2016, 12:13

On April 8, in Kyiv, a group of aggressive young men used physical force against journalists, who were conducting their journalist investigation. The website of the Chief Department of National Police in Kyiv city reported this on their website.

The correspondent of an online media outlet reported this crime in Solomyanske district police department. He reported that he and four of his colleagues discovered an illegal currency exchange point at Borshchahivska street. When journalists called police to the site, police officers arrived and started documenting the civil offence – and at this time, about eight young men approached the journalists, swearing and attacking them. As soon as the attackers noticed police officers, they fled. A criminal case investigation is pending.
