In Kyiv, foreign journalist got robbed

In Kyiv, on 11 May, a staff member of one of foreign media outlets, who came to attend the Eurovision, got robbed – the thieves stole his bag with personal effects and documents. This was reported by Liga.net with reference to the press service of Kyiv Department of National Police.

According to the report, a 43-year old journalist called the Police Department of Shevchenkivskyi district to inform that when he was at a restaurant, somebody stole his bag with his wallet, money, and ID. The police officers detained in downtown Kyiv a 35-year old resident of Sumy, with a previous history of theft, and collected evidence.
