In Kyiv, foreign journalist got robbed

In Kyiv, on 11 May, a staff member of one of foreign media outlets, who came to attend the Eurovision, got robbed – the thieves stole his bag with personal effects and documents. This was reported by with reference to the press service of Kyiv Department of National Police.

According to the report, a 43-year old journalist called the Police Department of Shevchenkivskyi district to inform that when he was at a restaurant, somebody stole his bag with his wallet, money, and ID. The police officers detained in downtown Kyiv a 35-year old resident of Sumy, with a previous history of theft, and collected evidence.
