In Kyiv, cables between National TV Company of Ukraine and TV broadcasting tower burn. Nine TV channels are off air
On May 9, about 4 a.m., cables in the tunnels between the Kyiv broadcasting tower and the office of the National TV and Radio company of Ukraine started to burn. This caused satellite broadcasting of Ukrainian channels Inter, First National, Mega, Enterfilm, K1, K2, NTN, Gamma and Xsport to stop. Currently, firefighters and specialists are working on fire extinguishing and investigation of what caused the fire.
