In Kropyvnytskyi, TV channel "Inter"’s correspondent office got robbed

10.05.2017, 20:46

On the eve of May 10, in Kropyvnytskyi unidentified perpetrators robbed the correspondent office of the TV channel “Inter”, where they took the work laptop and personal effects of the journalists. The TV channel’s staff correspondent Olena Brynza reported this on her Facebook page and IMI confirmed.

As the journalist told the representative of IMI in Kirovohradska oblast, the office is located in a gated territory, but on the previous day, the window grating was taken down for replacement. The burglars used the moment and broke into the plastic window with a crowbar.

Olena Brynza does not think this has any relation to the correspondent office’ journalist activities: the burglars left all the expensive filming equipment in place and took only a laptop and some personal items of Olena’s – what they could easily grab from the window.

Police was called to the site. They started a criminal investigation, the head of the communication sector of the Chief Department of the National Police in Kirovohradska obaslt Vitalina Bevzenko reported.
