On November 29 in Krasnoarmiysk, Donetska oblast, at polling station No.141074, several journalists were denied registration, and forbidden to video record the election process. Among the journalists in question were the journalists of Hromadske TV Donbas, "Novyny Donbasu" report.

The commission members claimed that according to the law all journalists must be registered before 8 a.m. Later it was clarified that this rule applies to observers only, and journalists were registered in the end. The commission members called the incident "a misunderstanding". On November 29, in the cities of Krasnoarmiysk and Mariupol, there were elections of mayors and local city councils.
