In Koblevo, cameraman for “Revizor” program got hit in his face

In Koblevo (Mykolaiv region), on July 18, an unknown man hit in the face a cameraman from one of the local main TV channels, as it is reported at the website of the National Police in the Mykolaiv region. The police of Berezansky district (Mykolaiv region) received a complaint from a journalist working for one of main local TV channels who said during shooting in the territory of a commercial complex located in the resort zone of Koblevo, an unknown man struck the camera operator in his face. Physicians were called to the place of the event. After an examination, the victim refused to be sent to a hospital. Based on the fact, the investigators began criminal proceedings on the grounds of Part 1, Article 171 of the Criminal Code "Obstruction to lawful professional activity of the journalist". The sanction of the article provides for the imposition of a fine of up to fifty non-taxable minimum incomes, or arrest for a term up to six months, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to three years. Initial investigation is underway. According to the local site koblevo-info , the incident occurred when the program team “Revizor” (Inspector) returned to the food and home wines market to announce its audit result. And the conflict emerged between the TV crew and sellers of the market. As a result, the cameraman got injuries. However, later, the shooting of the program continued.
