In Khmelnytskyi, press secretary of prosecutor's office intentionally injured journalist of channel "2+2"

On May 12, in the oblast prosecutor's office of Khmelnytskyi city, the  journalist of program “Liustrator 7.62” of the TV channel “2+2” Alina Kats was injured by the prosecutor's office press secretary. The filming crew called police, and a criminal procedure was initiated. This was reported by “Detector media”, referring the press service of “2+2”.

The filming crew wanted to get a comment from a prosecutor at the local prosecutor's office about the results of internal investigation about the case of the convicted Ivan Nechyporuk, , falsified evidence in his case, and torture of the detainee, which was proven in the court. In spite of the preliminary request sent by the editorial office to the prosecutor's office, the journalists were not allowed inside, even worse: the press secretary pressed the door against Alina Kats’ hand, injuring her. The journalists called police and medics, who registered the fact of injury.
