In Khersonska oblast, police beat ATR journalist

On November 21, in the urban type village of Chaplynka (Khersonska oblast) , police injured the journalist of the Crimean Tatar TV channel ATR Gulsum Khalilova, who was bludgeoned into her stomach with a rifle butt. QHA informs about it, referring to the vice-general director of the ATR TV channel, Aider Mudzhabaev. The journalist was covering the conflict between the police and the activists in the location of collapse of the electricity transmission towers in Chaplynka that supported the powerline supplying electricity to the occupied Crimea.

Police opened a criminal case on the issue, as the official Ministry of Internal Affairs website reported later.
