06.07.2016, 00:38

In Kherson on July 1, some journalists were not allowed to the ceremony of introduction by the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko of the new head of the prosecutor office of Khersonska oblast Vitaly Tryhubenko. When asked, why the organizers of the event did not let some of the journalists attend it, Yuri Lutsenko apologized to the journalists for the incident, Ukrinform reports.

Informational support to Lutsenko’s visit to Kherson was provided by the prosecutor’s office of Khersonska oblast, according to the informational agency.

Even before the briefing, the Prosecutor General himself expressed his surprise at the small number of journalists present at the introduction of the new prosecutor of Khersonska oblast.

Among those not allowed to attend the introduction, was the correspondent of the Verkhovna Rada newspaper “Holos Ukrayiny.”
