The judge of Kominternivskyi district court of Kharkiv city Mankivska banned video recording for journalists of the local community TV during the session for the case of "Good people foundation" Viktoria Kotolup, who is accused of assaulting a woman at the metro station. The judge ignored journalists’ questions regarding compliance with the law "On securing the right for just litigation", which expressly allows video recording for mass media representatives.
