In Izmail, editorial office of local newspaper was set on fire

Early in the morning, on May 27, in the town of Izmail, Odeska oblast, the office of a local newspaper “Sobesednik Izmaila” on Hohol Street caught fire. Nobody was injured. The preliminary investigation showed it was arson.

The criminal investigation will find out whether it was a case of pressure on journalists.
