In Ivano-Frankivsk, official who disliked installation "Porto Franko Gogol Fest" attacked journalist

On June 11, in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast council, Vasyl Skrypnychuk, a member of Ivano-Frankivsk oblast council and its chief administrator, member of the “Svoboda” party, attacked the journalist of the Oblast State TV and Radio Company “Karpaty” Eduard Skrypnyk, who was taking footage of the installation by the photoartist Yuriy Bakai “Lime”, and attacked the author of the installation, too, Kurs reports.

The installation was exhibited at the oblast council’s entrance hall. Skrypnychuk expressed extreme disapproval of the art work and aggressively attacked the author and the journalist.

The clash was interrupted by the National Guards who were present in the entrance hall.
