Public broadcasting of Haisyn - Radio Lada 101.6 MHz, which won the contest of the National Council for TV and Radio broadcasting for the available frequency in Haisyn (Vinnytska oblast), complains that the local authorities do not recognize the results of the contest, and decided to file a complaint against the National Council to the President of Ukraine and to the Prosecutor General. This was described in the Facebook entry of the radio station.
As described in the entry, on February 19 the local authorities organized a meeting in the administration office, where the head of Haisyn rayon administation Vladyslav Utkin and editor of communal radio broadcasting Liudmyla Voronova accused National Council of abuse and fixing the tender contest's results. Many governmental officials, political actors and city council members were gathered for this announcement. Utkin also accused the enterprise "Media Dnister" (which planned to launch radio with callsign "Lada") that won the contest, of "lack of professionalism", and refused to give the floor to their representative to defend their position.
