In Donetsk, separatists captured TV channel «Union»

On May 8 in Donetsk, representatives of the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic” captured the building of the independent TV channel “Union”, the channel’s site informs.

Members of the self-proclaimed “Committee for TV and radio broadcasting” came to the TV channel building with armed people. They intend to control the activities of the TV channel staff. The channel’s potential audience in the region is 3 million people.
