On August 23, in the village of Trudovske, Petrovsky district of Donetsk, a camera operator of Russia's TV Channel 5 Dmytro Sergeyev (some media outlets quoted his surname as Kozlov). This was reported to the separatists-controlled website DAN by his colleague, correspondent Anatoly Mayorov. According to Mayorov, Sergeyev was filming DPR's forces near Trudovske when he felt sick and on his way to the hospital he died. A heart attack is mentioned as the cause of death. No injuries were found on the body.
Sergeyev's corpse is to be delivered to his home city, St-Petersburg.
