In Dnipropetrovsk oblast, journalists were forbidden to film military household activities without written accreditation

12.11.2014, 00:49

On November 6, two Dnipropetrovsk filming crews – of Channel 11 and ICTV’s «Extraordinary News» were forbidden to film at the military base in village of Cherkaske (Dnipropetrovska oblast).  They went to the military base as it announced an Open Doors Day because some of its personnel returned from the ATO zone. They wanted to film a story about the conditions of life of the military personnel on the base.

The representative of the regional press center of the Ministry of Defense demanded that journalists should obtain a written accreditation in advance but on the site they saw that other crews were allowed to film.
