In Dnipro, city council member with hired thugs attacked journalists and city construction workers

On July 5 in Dnipro, the city councilmember Ruslan Krasnov, accompanied by unidentified men of athletic build, threatened city workers and journalists with physical violence. This was reported by city mayor of Dnipro Borys Filatov on his  Facebook page, Ukrinform reports.

The workers came to reconstruct a flowerbed near the café "Rio" and to raise borders to prevent cars from parking in the pedestrian zone (which was a problem in that location). They were not able to do it, as the thugs headed by city council members and armed with baseball bats threatened to beat them. IMI is investigating the details of the incident.
