Broadcasting of the local TV and Radio Company «Chornomorska», and a number of other Ukrainian TV channels has been disconnected in the cable networks, which were earlier serviced by the provider «Volia-Kabel» and others. The Center for journalist investigations reports that “absence of Russian license” is quoted as as the ground for this decision. At the same time, many other TV and radio companies, such as «Krym», continue to work with no Russian license at all, as even the Russian law based on which the Federation included Crimea, does not require any specific license.
