In Crimea, journalist got attacked for story on city renovation

On October 2, in Armiansk (AR of Crimea), a journalist of the portal “Armiansk informatsiynyi” was attacked by workers, who were conducting road repairs in the town. The incident took place when the journalists were covering tile setting works near the monument "Cannon". The workers demanded to stop "illegal" recording, then attacked the journalist, strangled him, and pried off his camera. He was able to get his camera back only with the help of police. According to the journalist, the workers were not local.
