In Crimea and in Russia, access to website Krym.Realii was blocked
The "Prosecutor of Crimea" controlled by Russia, Natalia Poklonska, declared that access to the website Krym.Realii was blocked, Krym.Realii reports with reference to TASS.
The website of Roskomnadzor (Federal Service For Supervision Of Communications, Information Technology, And Mass Media) mentions that by the decision of the General Prosecutor's office of Russia as of September 25, 2015, access to the website Krym.Realii is restricted, as well as the access to the media outlet's webpage.
An official reason for the decision, according to Roskomnadzor, is article 15.3 of the Federal Law as of July 27, 2006, No. 149-ФЗ “On Information, information technologies and protection of information”. This law regulates restriction of access to websites that publish information with appeals to mass disorders, extremism, or participation in mass (public) actions violating established regulations.
