On September 9 in Chernivtsi, during the road police’ patrolling in cooperation with journalists (in particular, documenting the cases of parking violations), the perpetrator who parked his car at a pedestrian crossing near the city council, tried to hit the cameraman who was documenting this, with his car. The driver justified his actions saying the cameraman had no right to stand on the road. Ivan Chizhyk, Channel 5 cameraman, requests road police to bring the driver to responsibility for the assault.
