In Cherkasy, unknown man threatened journalist. Police starts criminal case investigation

In Cherkasy, chief editor of newspaper “Cherkasky kurier” Tetiana Doncheva was approached by an unknown man who threatened her with physical violence, demanding not to publish "untrue information" about police officers.

The journalist complained to the city police department, and police opened criminal case based on provisions of part 1 of article 171 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (impediment to lawful professional activities of journalists). This information was published in the website of the Chief Administration of National Police in Cherkaska oblast.
