In ATO zone, woman pretended to be journalist to get to the frontline

In Avdiivka, Donetska oblast, an unknown woman was pretending to be the correspondent of channel “112 Ukraina” Anastasia Sokha, reports. The incident took place on August 25. The journalist herself was at the time taking footage at the frontlines near Avdiivka, - and the unknown woman in question called herself Anastasia Sokha near the headquarters of 72nd brigade in Avdiivka. When the journalist was called back to the city to meet her "double", the latter already disappeared. To the opinion of the press officer, the woman who pretended to be journalist wanted to get to battle positions of Ukrainain armed forces. The military of the brigade mentioned that such cases are not rare - often, unidentified people try to get to battle positions by identifying themselves as journalists.
