IMI relaunches emergency hotline for journalists during election time
The Institute of Mass Information is activating its legal advice hotline for journalists and mass media during local elections.
Media lawyers will provide a variety of legal advice to the journalists covering the election and explain several specific issues of campaigning in the media.
Journalists, freelancers and bloggers, if your professional rights are violated while covering the voting process, please, contact us at IMI emergency phone line: 050-447-70-63 .
Media lawyers Roman Golovenko and Ali Safarov will answer your questions.
On the day and night of the election, the hotline will work around the clock.
Our legal department will help you formally protect your rights and give advice on how to act in your case. Our analytical service collects the facts of violations and reports them to prominent international human rights organizations and law enforcement agencies with a request to probe in these cases.
It should be recalled that the Verkhovna Rada has scheduled regular local elections for October 25, 2020.
Help us be even more cool!
