IMI launches an interactive infographic with a list of deceased journalists

IMI has launched a separate website section with an interactive infographic "List of Journalists Killed." These are the media workers who died since February 24, 2022 as a result of the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine.

The interactive infographic is divided into four categories:

• All
• Killed while carrying out their professional duties
• Killed by a russian shelling attack or tortures
• Deceased as a combatant

We are updating the information in real time. Readers can also visit the website and check the information themselves.

We remind that as of June 3, 32 media workers have died in Ukraine as a result of the russian aggression. Of those, eight were killed while carrying out their professional duites, while 24 died as combatants or were killed by russian shelling or torture, not while carrying out their professional duites.
