Illegal mobile operator Lugacom, which operates in the occupied part of Luhansk oblast on equipment stolen from Ukrainian operators, announced that it was withdrawing the mobile Internet service from all tariff plans.

This is stated on the operator's website.

The message states that mobile Internet will be removed from all tariff plans starting February 11, 2023, as per the recommendations by the Federal Antitrust Service of Russia and the order "On Limitation of Internet Access Services" by the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media. Instead of mobile Internet, subscribers will have more minutes for calls within the network.

As IMI reported, regular people in occupied Luhansk oblast have almost no Internet access.
