ICTV journalists under fire near Avdiyivka

Recently, the filming crew of the news program «Fakty» of the TV channel ICTV came under fire near the town of Avdiyivka, Donetska oblast. This was reported by the TV channel’s press service.

This happened when they were in a residential area with lots of local residents around, including elderly people and mothers with young children. The gunmen started to fire mortars in the vicinity, and people began to run in all directions trying to hide.

The program correspondent Volodymyr Mykhailov said this was not the first time the crew was under fire.
