"Hromadske. Volyn" sues health retreat "Lisova pisnia"

The online media outlet “Hromadske.Volyn” sues the health retreat "Lisova Pisnia" in the court of law for refusal of the facility's administration to provide information on request.

The case will be considered in Volynskyi district administrative court on November 19. The requests for information on staff schedule and salaries were sent twice to the retreat’s director Viktor Karpuk. The request was made because the journalists investigated that members of the working group in the Community Council under Volynska Oblast State Administration that worked on creating a recreational facility for ATO participants there, were employed in the facility secretly, as "gratitude" from the director. Journalist Oksana Petruk claims that her attempts to uncover shady dealings behind this already caused a defamation campaign against her, namely accusations of her affiliation with the Party of Regions.
