The first hearing in the case against the journalists of “Schemes”and public broadcaster of Ukraine (NPTU) is to be held on September 19, as to Interfax-Ukraine. The court's Facebook page reported on Thursday that the claim has been lodged against the journalists Natalyia Sedletska, Maksym Savchuk and Valerya Yegoshina in order to defend  honor, dignity, business reputation and to dismiss some untruthful information. IMI reported, lawsuit has been filed on August 20. There is no details what investigation was in the core of the complaint filed by the head of the presidential office. But activity of Andriy Bohdan has been investigated for several times by the journalists of “Schemes”, as Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty told. "In April, the program reported that before his appointment as head of the presidential office, Bohdan had secretly visited the Constitutional Court the previous month, according to the court's visitor logbook.  And another “Schemes” investigation found that Bohdan and Zelensky flew at least five times together starting in January from Kyiv to Tel Aviv, where Kolomoysky was residing at that time in self-imposed exile", as RFE/RL reported.
