Gordon to head HQ of Smeshko’s party in parliamentary election - Kyiv Post
The "Strength and Honor Party" will participate in early parliamentary elections, and its election headquarters will be headed by journalist Dmytro Gordon, leader of this political force, former head of the Security Service of Ukraine Ihor Smeshko has said, as to Kyiv Post. “We are confident that even in the conditions of lack of time, resources and access to popular media, having such great support from compatriots, it is the Strength and Honor party that will become the driving force around which a qualitative and effective parliamentary majority will be formed. Our mission is to finally bring true professionals to the Verkhovna Rada and the government,” Smeshko wrote on his Facebook page. He said that the head of the election headquarters is a journalist, public figure Dmytro Gordon, who will not run for the Verkhovna Rada, and after the elections, he intends to return to the professional activities of a journalist. Smeshko ran for the presidential election, he was supported by 6.04 percent of voters. Kyiv Post
