Glibovytsky sues Supervisory Board of Public broadcaster of Ukraine

Evhen Glibovytsky, member of Supervisory board of the National public broadcaster of Ukraine (NPBU), filed a lawsuit against the decision of the board dated of 31st of January on anticipated termination of the contract with Zurab Alasania, its chairman. On 12 of February he told it at the sitting of the Supervisory board of the NPBU. “Today, I filed a claim with the purpose to revoke the decision as illegitimate”, he said. He explained that the claim was aimed to suspend the decision of the Supervisory board until the court of law would render its judgement within the case.
