Mykola Oransky, a soldier and formerly a TV studio engineer at hromadske, was killed in action, the outlet reports on their website.

Mykola died on March 22, 2024 during a combat mission near Robotyne, Zaporizhzhia oblast.

He was a UAV operator in the separate mechanized brigade No. 118.

Mykola worked with hromadske from 2019 to 2022, and later enlisted in the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a volunteer.

Now he is forever 24.
