Former border guard detained at rally in support of separatist, sues “Prestupnosti.NET”

The former border guard service officer of Odesa airport Pavlo Kucherenko, who was detained a year before in June by SBU officers in Odesa for organizing a bogus rally near the prison in support of Artem Buzila who is accused of separatism, now is suing the online media outlet “Prestupnosti.NET”, as the media outlet’s website  reports. Pavlo sues the media outlet due to the article about his arrest published last summer about the incident. He sues for 20 thousand hryvnias of moral damages and refuting of the materials that "damage his business reputation".
