First proceeding initiated in Czech Republic for comments in social networks justifying terrorist attacks

The Czech police has charged the first person in the country who justified the terrorist attack at mosque in New Zealand in social networks, as the said Martin Bily, prosecutor of the Supreme’s office prosecutor in Prague, as Ukrinform reported. The investigators suspected the author of comments on the social network in support and propaganda of terrorism, he faces from five to 15 years in prison and, eventually, seizure of property. As to the prosecutor, the police is verifying the circumstances of publication of four other comments related to the March attacks at the Cristchurch mosque in New Zealand. According to Deník N, the investigators are examining more than thirty postsjustifying the Christchurch shoting, but the prosecutor Martin Bily did not confirm it. On March 15th, in Christchurch (New Zealand), 51 persons were shot dead, 50 other persons were injured in two consecutive terrorist attacks. Facebook removed over one day about 1.5 million social video of a terrorist attack in New Zealand during one day. Facebook has changed the rules of live broadcasts (Live mode) due to terrorist attacks in New Zealand.
