Filming crew of TV and radio company "Chernivtsi" held closed at construction site for 40 minutes

On December 24, journalist and cameraman of TV and radio company "Chernivtsi" were held under lock at the construction site of uncompleted construction project in Chernivtsi. As Nadiya Velychko, the journalist, reported to IMI, the man who locked them hinted that they trespassed private property, and called police, although the journalists were at the site together with disgrunted investors (apartment owners) of the project who showed their investment documents.  The journalist filed complaint to the police on impediment to her journalist activities.
