During clashes in Odesa, journalist of "Hromadske TV" had gas sprayed in his face

On September 20 in Odesa, during the clashes caused by the turmoil around the case of the children who died in the camp “Victoria”, the journalist of “Hromadske TV” Dmytro Replianchuk had tear gas sprayed in his face. The incident took place near the city council building, “Detector media” reports. “This was probably not intentional, though. There were clashes with many participants on both sides, and both sides used tear gas. I was in the center of events and had my share”, the journalist commented. The journalist did not file a complaint to the police. For the context, on September 16 in Odesa, there was fire in one of the buildings of summer camp for children “Victoria”. Over 40 children were there at that time. As a result of the fire, three children died, two were hospitalized.
