DPR terrorizes journalists’ families – advisor to Minister of Internal Affairs

The adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs Zorian Shkiriak made a statement that «the Russian terrorist organization DPR has been terrorizing families and relatives of Ukrainian patriots and journalists».

According to the data at his disposal, there was an attempt to abduct parents of one of activists of the Donetsk EuroMaidan. The parents of one of Donetsk correspondents of Ukrainian media outlets have been abducted. The DPR gunmen also tried to kidnap a  local representative of the Svoboda part in Donetsk – he was lucky enough to escape. The gunmen did abduct a patriot from Makiyivka.

Shkiriak believes the situation is even graver than that. Abductions are accompanied by cynical looting of personal belongings, intimidations, and torture.
